How to maintain personal hygiene in daily life

In the fast pace of urbanization, due to the busy work and the increasing pressure of life, more people tend to become lazy in their daily life, so they neglect some basic personal hygiene. Below I will re-arrange for you the basic five requirements of personal hygiene:

First, keep your hands clean. Bacteria on your hands can contaminate food and infect wounds. Remember to wash your hands after touching anything that may carry germs, after using the toilet, after caring for a sick person, before touching any food, food utensils, or drinking water. Keep your nails neat and don't put your fingers in your mouth.

 

 

Second, keep your hair clean. Your hair can become a habitat for bacteria or fleas, lice, or other parasites. These dangers can be avoided by keeping your hair clean, well groomed, and trimmed.

 

 

Third, keep your clothes clean. Keep your clothes and bedding as clean and tidy as possible to reduce the chance of skin infections and the chance of parasites growing. Wash clothes in time if they are dirty, change underwear and socks every day, and if there is a lack of water, use "air" washing (shake the clothes a few times, then put them in the air and sunlight for two hours).

 

 

Fourth, keep your teeth clean. Thoroughly clean your mouth and teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste at least once a day.

 

 

Fifth, protect your feet. To prevent foot problems, try on your shoes before heading out. Feet should be washed and massaged daily, and nails trimmed. Insoles should be placed in shoes, and socks should be well-fitting and dry.
