Don't choose to take a bath.

Therefore, during pregnancy, it is not appropriate to choose a bath. During the shower, you should also pay attention to anti-skid measures. You can buy a non-slip mat and put it in the shower room. The water temperature should not be too high.

The high temperature of the shower water for expectant mothers will affect the brain development of the fetus. When the hot water raises the mother’s body temperature by 1.5°C higher than the normal body temperature, the development of the brain cells of the fetal baby may be stagnated. When the temperature rises to 3°C, the brain cells of the fetal baby are in danger of being killed. The most important thing is that this brain cell damage is irreversible. It is recommended that the water temperature be around 27℃~35℃, so that the skin does not feel cold. Regardless of spring, summer, autumn and winter, the bath water temperature is best to be close to body temperature.

 

 

Don't take too much time to have a shower.

Mothers-to-be should not take too long to take a shower, and each bath time should not exceed 15 minutes. Bathing makes blood vessels dilate, and blood flows into the trunk and limbs more. The blood entering the brain and placenta is temporarily reduced, and the oxygen content is also reduced.

Choose toiletries carefully.

When taking a shower, try to choose big-name, well-reputed, clearly labeled, non-irritating and non-additive bath products. After the shower, you should wipe off the water stains on your body in time, blow dry your hair, put on a change of clothes, and walk out of the bathroom fragrantly.
